How to use the Email List

This article details how to email all the users registered to the webpage.

Step 1: Log in

First you must log in to the administrator side of the sailing team webpage. To do this, go to http://www.davissailingteam.com/administrator/

You will be prompted for your login information. If you do not have a log in, please contact the officers at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Step 2: Open the Email Tool

Next navigate to the email tool found under the Users menu. Users->Mass Mail All Users.

Once there select the group you want to send an email.

Step 3: Select the Groups

The roster group contains all the users in the sailor email list. The Sponsor/Alumni list is the sponsor/alumni list...duh. If you want to send an email to all the users, use the registered users. If you want just the officers, use the administrators.
