How to Post the Minutes

This is a short tutorial on how to post agendas, minutes and NORS to the documents section in the sailing team web page.

Step 1: Logging in

First you must log in to the administrator side of the sailing team webpage. To do this, go to http://www.davissailingteam.com/administrator/

You will be prompted for your login information. If you do not have a log in, please contact the officers at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Step 2: Posting

Next navigate to the media manager, either using the icon on the home screen or in the tool bar under content->media manager.

Next you will see a list of folders. Depending on what you are posting, you should navigate to the correct folder. For officer agendas and minutes, navigate to the officers folder. For general team meeting agendas and minutes, navigate to the folder called general. For regatta entry forms, navigate to regattaRP.

To upload a file, navigate to where you want the file uploaded. Click on the choose file button in the upload box. Select your file on your computer, and then hit start upload.

Note

Items in the folders which are not subfolders, will be automatically displayed on the webpage with their title. The following folders are the only ones available for automatic upload: Officers->agendas, officers->minutes, general->agendas, general->minutes, and regattaRP.
